...See more I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety for the past couple of months consistently wondering what my purpose in life is. Life seems boring to me now. I always feel down and hopeless and have no energy. Things I used to enjoy have no pleasure now. I’m trying to get better and shift my mindset. However my parents don’t understand my struggles and don’t think I have any issues. I’m almost 16 and have not been to a therapist and not even diagnosed; but I know something is wrong with me whether it be depression or anxiety or both. I need help

...See more I’m new and just joined. I’m 15(almost 16) and have been struggling with depression severely for the past couple of months. I just feel like a worthless being and find no joy in anything, even in the things I used to enjoy. I just feel hopeless and have no energy every day and keep overthinking. Whenever I try to tell my parents, they tell me that I’m perfectly fine and that nothing is wrong with me when I know that everything is not fine 😭
