...See more Ending your life isn’t the answer, even when it feels like the pain will never fade.  You matter more than you realise. Think about the people who love you: your friends, your family, your pets, even the ones who don’t always show it. You are part of their world, a piece they could never replace.  If you were gone, there would be laughter that feels emptier, mornings that feel colder, and people quietly wishing they could have hugged you one more time. There is help, there is hope, and you don’t have to face this alone. Talk to someone, a friend, a counsellor, a helpline anyone who will listen. You deserve to heal, to be seen, to be loved, and to keep going. I’ve struggled too, I’ve had moments where I tried to hurt myself, and I know how dark it can feel. But please, don’t let that thought take over you. It’s never the answer. Your laughter, your voice, your presence, even your breathing, they all matter more than you realise. Don’t let depression convince you otherwise. You’re worth so much more.  Your story isn’t over yet. Help is always available.
