...See more [TW idk if it helps bu any way] I have bipolar and borderline and today at therapy I discovered that I might have suffered sex abuse by some older kids when I was younger. I dont knoa what to do. I cant bring myself to tell anyone I know, and i cant stop crying. I feel so alone. So alone. I feel like hurting myself all over again. And I'm really sorry if this is not the right place for this post, you can teach me how to use this, I just got here. I just want some help, i dont know. I just want someone who can talk to me.
