...See more I struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. It was the worst in my college years when I suffered with bulimia and anorexia. It took me a few years, but Id gotten a lot better. I still have slip ups, but mostly am doing well. Last week my boss told me that my body type was preventing me from a promotion. He said he was looking for someone slimmer with similar qualifications. (I cant leave because Im under contract with them for another 14 months) anyways, this has been a HUGE trigger for me. Ive been struggling really hard and failing for not let my mind go back to where it was. Ive thrown up every day this week. How do you approach a situation like this and move forward healthily?
