Just feel off… how do I break out of this funk

...See more I seem to be going through a period in my life where I just am not feeling right. I was doing really well for a while, eating better, exercising… and it was really helping me so much. I have a history of back pain and I started hurting my back just doing the simplest of things and it has completely thrown me off track. I know I need to get back on track because I know I will feel better.. but I just don’t have the motivation to do it. I feel like my brain is just scrambled, I can’t get my emotions right. I also started getting some bad thoughts or some kind of anxiety again before bed that I haven’t gotten in a very long time. I’m trying to not be hard on myself, I know it’s ok to have these periods and to give myself a break. But I am concerned of the position it’s putting me in, I feel like I can’t get close to anyone or even want to be, I can’t communicate my feelings because my head is a constant scramble and if I try, I’ll just start crying or if someone asks, I will just completely shut down. it’s impacting my personal life, my friendships and has interfered with my work. I need to snap out of it! now it’s the holidays and it’s harder! How do I break myself out of this.. or even figure out why I am feeling the way I am .. that’s the question.. where do I start??
