Anxious to leave home (go outside)

...See more I'm 31 and I'm a VERY sociable person. But having moved to another country far away from home, I've lost contact with 99% of my friends (apparently nobody ever needed you, you were just convenient). I have only 1-2 friends... acquaintances here and that's making me crazy. If it were not for my parents and work, I would've gone weeks without talking to anyone. I've recently noticed that I get severely anxious whenever I have to go outside during weekends. I get nervous, I remember tons of things I could be doing instead of going anywhere and end up staying at home. Even though I love being outside (IF I get outside). For past year I've spent almost all my weekends alone at home. I spent my birthday alone, New Year, Christmas - everything. Even though I feel lonely, I can't go outside. And I'm 31. I used to be always in the spotlight (not bragging or anything) but now I'm a bit scared of what I've become. I don't want to live like that. I'm not sure how to deal with it and I don't want any of the people I know to know about it.
