...See more Hello, Lately, I’ve been experiencing random spouts of panic attacks and anxiety everyday. I’m unsure what’s triggering it and have taken some steps to improve my mental state: exercise almost daily, see a therapist and a psychiatrist, eat better, use the calm app for mediation, soundscapes and breathing techniques, go for appointment check ups with my primary, call friends, call the crisis lines—I’ve even tried cbd. However, nothing seems to subside the feeling of pure panic in those moments. It leaves me feeling scared and hopeless. If anyone has any advice or maybe some other techniques or stories they would like to share that could possibly help me understand what’s happening or how to get through this difficult time. I’d really appreciate it. Thank you for listening.
