...See more I'm struggling at the moment and have done for a few months now with my bpd I got diagnosed 2years ago but really hating how bpd makes me and wish I didn't have which then leads into thinking negative about people in my life like a blame thing although I know it's not their faults I'm blaming them in my head feels like I'm in a rut again and hating me and my bpd anyone else have times like this??
