Hello I'm so happy to meet you! I'm was a person who suffered with anxiety and depression intensely for years, I then suffered extreme post partum depression after the birth of my daughter. I started seeing an amazing counsler who taught me everything I know! Holistic treatment along with venting and advice. I'm now 1 year of happiness with no depression. I've started public speaking for my own personal feelings to get out my word because life and depression anxiety bipolar disorder etc is some of the worst things you can suffer through, and not many people understand. I'm happy to help !!
