...See more Breakups are hard but its devastating for people with adhd who's entire dopamine reserve was that person. Its been 5 months but I still can't move on. I still ruminate all day no matter how much I distract my mind or focus on work. The thought is always there. Limerenceis extreme. This entire thing triggered my RSD so bad, I barely have any self esteem left. Its tough I dont know when it'llpass
