Hey friend! My name is Rae. Thanks for taking the time to look me up on 7 cups of tea! I'm happy to listen to whatever is on your mind or we can just chat casually. My promise to you is that I will be honest and vulnerable. If you want to hear my story to help relate with your story, I'm all for it. Also, I know I may not have all the answers, but I can still give you a shoulder to cry on. I may not fully understand what you're going though, but I can cry with you and make sure you feel heard.
I'm really open-minded and I love getting to know people and their culture. I have personal experience with Family Stress, Anxiety, Work Stress, Depression, Self-Harm, Panic Attacks, Bullying, Traumatic Experiences, and Managing Emotions. However if you are not struggling with the things listed, I would still love to listen to you.
Couple of things to help you get to know me. I love to write music. I play the piano, guitar, ukulele, and drums. I am a Christian but I do not discriminate anyone. I'm here to simply listen and support you. I have been through a lot in my life and I would love to help you.
***One last thing, I have dyslexia so please be patient with me. Sometimes it takes me a few messages to get my point across. I promise I will make it up by truly caring about you as I would care for a friend.***
