Genuinepeace is a sweetheart. I needed to connect to a person who didn't make assumptions and was a good listener. She was that and much more. Instead of a typical conversation, I was allowed to explain myself and felt understood and safe throughout the conversation. She was very patient and warm towards me. I'm grateful to this person.
