...See more Hey everyone, I'm creating a space for constant, uplifting interaction ,a thread where we can all share the quotes, words, or even simple affirmations that helped us grow, stay positive, or heal during tough times. What words have stuck with you? Maybe something a friend told you… or a quote you came across at just the right moment. Let’s inspire each other. I’d love to hear yours. Here’s mine to start for today: “You don’t have to believe everything you think.” This quote helped me pause before accepting every thought as reality. It gave me the freedom to question things like: “Am I really not good enough… or am I just afraid?” “Is this truly going to go wrong… or am I just used to expecting the worst?” It reminded me that my thoughts aren’t always facts, they’re just thoughts. And I can choose which ones deserve my attention. What do you think? Let's reflect together.....
