I'm gonna tell you a story of a Shaolin monk he was going to the mountain to climb it has he stopped he ran into a traveler he chatted them stopped his journey well he met many travels each time got stuck gazing upon the horizon to the top of the mountain... Has my sink is plugged my kids fill it with water an whatever else it makes me upset has I walked into the bathroom using mindful meditation positive thoughts every movement touching tasting feeling breathing I took a cup filled in the sink that was plugged an then emptied it till it was done I felt no anger no negativity the negative would of been a traveler a hindrance blocking me by emotion not by what I touch taste feel in the moment I was able to let it go cause all I have to do is talk to my kids an tell please don't fill the sink it's clogged thank you for listening an that is a true miracle of the moment of those loving spine tingling feeling of love an happyness thank you my pleasure

...See more I have been diagnosed with bipolar when I let my negative thoughts build up I can be devastating one an effect others I practicey skills I have learned to release that negativity wow that was alot to release I noticedy children was even more happy they was laughing not fighting I will practice these techniques religiously it brings iles an happyness to me an others.
