...See more Hey there, I know the title is kinda lame maybe alot but it's really hard for me to understand my god damn own emotions. I'm never able to talk about them I'm 17 and it's still hard for me to vocalise my emotions or even know what am I even feeling. It's really frustrating. I can't even text to people firstly because of my anxiety the thought if they want to talk to me or not. It's just really and really annoying and overwhelming. Sorry for the ranting.
