I don't understand my feelings

...See more My parents won't quit fighting, my sister won't quit fighting with my parents. My entire family just either ignores me by prenting I'm not there, or yells at me for being lazy, and hiding in my room all day. The truth is that I'm trying to get away from them, I already do do well with stress and expressing my emotions, but on top of that they keep yelling at me and calling me the very thing that I struggle with everyday. It's causing me to want to give up, but instead I've been giving myself a ton of rules. I've started eating less, restricting myself to eating a bag and chips to keep me going throughout the day, untill dinner, then I just eat a little bit, enough that they don't get mad at me for not eating the food that they've worked so hard on. A newer rule that I've implemented for myself is that I'm trying to draw something everyday for one person in my contacts on snapchat because it gives me something to distract myself on.
