I’m someone who thinks a little too much about why people are the way they are.
I spend a lot of time thinking about self-awareness and psychology. Not in a textbook way, just in a “why do we feel what we feel and how do we deal with it” kind of way. I think confidence comes from knowing yourself, being okay with who you are, being comfortable in our own skin, like we carry our home everywhere with us.
I love talking to strangers. Always have. If you want someone to just listen without jumping to fix things, I’m around.
