...See more Hi I'm new here. This is the only help i can afford Any ideas on how to deal with the constant crippling anxiety? Atleast temporarily? My body hurts with all this anxiety and constant worry. I just want it all to stop. I want to be at peace atleast for one minute. Please help me?
