I like a real, good, down-to-Earth type of chat.

Challenge me. Give me feedback, give me push-back. Cause that's really the hardest part of getting better by yourself - I'll get away with anything if you let me.

This isn't my first rodeo, mental health issues have been with me for a while now. I've been through the wringer, I've done it all: been through the programs, the medications, the doctors. Still am going through it, in fact. So don't worry about that part.

On here, I'm hoping you'll please just talk to me like you would talk to a friend. Let's just shoot the shit, you know?

...See more I don't know what else to try. I have no one else to go to. And if I don't make an attempt to ask for help now, I fear I never will. I'm relapsing. My [mental] health is spiraling out of control again. My PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores have climbed back up to astronomical heights. I'm back in the storm, and old demons are reawakening. If you're up for a challenge (read: sh*tshow), let's talk. Disclaimer: I reply at a snail's pace, sorry in advance.
