Everything feels like it is crashing all at once

...See more My dad passed away about a year ago and my family is distancing themselves since. Those that are not, request my help which occupies the little time I have. My kids are grown up and stopped living with me because I defend my 2nd wife. My 2nd wife is distancing herself because she feels I don't defend her enough. I work 2 careers and I have been distant from home. My home is feeling empty. I look back and remember when life was good and happiness existed. This feels like it is no longer the case. I'm falling apart little by little and I am feeling isolated even though there are people around me. I don't know what happened, but I could really use support and support others that need to brainstorm life. Does anyone have suggestions before this gets any worse?
