...See more Hey everyone, I was wondering if getting older made anyone else worse. I had a brief good period in my mid-20s, but since then my mental health has gotten a lot worse (35 now). My anxiety leads to manic periods, insomnia and insane alcohol cravings. At some point I panic and do something bad (drink too much, illegal things etc). I’ve been battling bipolar since I was 14. None of the meds seem to work or even stop it from worsening and the anxiety is nonstop. I’m just really tired of working really hard to only screw it up on a bad week/day
