My mood changes dramatically throughout the day!

...See more I’ve been suffering from mood swings for along time, like i wake up feeling good i feel hopeful and i can see the purpose and the outcome of what I’m currently working on. But maybe like 5 hours later i feel completely depressed, and all my beliefs and logical thinking will just fade and i become so anxious about simple things that I wouldn’t normally care about, i vague ideas. I entirely work from home, so i rarely go out to do errands, and i live by myself, some days may pass without talking to anyone, not talking at all. I also notice that talking with someone and going out usually help me. And sometimes i feel depressed when i’m hungry, its like lack of energy somehow make me sad. Ps; I’ve never been to a psychiatrist because my anxiety wouldn’t ever let me try antidepressants because of the side effects.
