I work in behavioral health, am in school to be a counselor, and have completed several years of professional therapy. I know a thing or two about how to help people. But, she taught me something new, and showed me a new way to look at the situation. I felt like I was talking to a friend who actually cared about me. We came up with a plan, and we'll discuss how it goes once i've completed it. She's offered to talk with me through the results of my work as well.
