...See more Hello all! I was looking for a place to share my binging problems. For the past 2 years or so I have been binging too often. I gained lots of weight as a result of this. I realized that my binging problems began because of college related stress, but it has been over a year since I finished college. I thought my binging problems would end once I completed college but sadly they continued. Presently, I am trying to train myself to stop binging and have been successful for the past 2 months. Sadly for the past week, I started my to binge again. I am a person with a sweet tooth and I realized that once I have something sweet (even fruits) I would crave for more sweets and as a result I bringe. When binging I keep telling myself to stop but my hands and mouth would not listen to my thoughts. I feel regret and depressed after but at the same time, I am thinking of other junk foods that I would like to eat. I tried talking to my family about my eating disorder few months back. Sadly, my family were not really supportive and told me it is a matter of endurance.Since I live with the it is difficult to restrict the types of food I have at home. My family has a history of diabetes and I keep reminding myself that this kind of eating habits will eventually lead to diabetes. I have tried reading articles but sadly, none of them are helping me. I hope someone who has experienced similar problems are able to give me some advice. Thanks!
