Advice about a work situation

...See more Hi Everyone, I am really struggling with anxiety about a work situation. The situation is that on Friday at the group home I work at I made a mistake of almost sharing information I shouldn’t have. My coworker pulled me aside to talk about a residents medical issue and something he was planning on doing. She mentioned her doctor told her the same thing. So, when we were back in the group I just said: yeah what did your doctor tell you? She then freaked out and said: Thanks I wasn’t going to tell anyone and I guess now I have too” I just said “I’m sorry I didn’t even think, and than changed the subject back to our resident. I mouthed “I’m sorry” to her and she did say thanks. But it was clearly annoyed and the rest of the shift she was upset. I’m worried about seeing her at work next week because I think she’ll be upset and I don’t know how to handle it. Do I say something? Or just leave it alone? I feel awful, but I also have terrible anxiety about talking to her.
