...See more I’ve been feel over all anxious and the only thing that can clear my head is working out. I’m a parent of a 29 month old. She’s amazing in every aspect. When she was 3 months I had to deploy in 2020 I’ve deployed and gone on work trips but leaving a family behind is different. At the time my wife was suffering from minor PPD. The pandemic was at its peak but my wife needed help and family and friends friend came and help. My mom didn’t like it that our friends would Check up On her due to the possibility of exposure. So my mom told my wife that she can’t watch our daughter while my wife worked. To make things worse my wife Peaked on her PPD and my sister hearing my mom cry for help started yelling on how unfit my wife is to be a mother. We cut communication for almost a year. But the trauma that my wife endure still lingers. When she has her Post anxiety episode she brings up how she blames me for leaving the family. My relationship with my family has never been the same after. I recently had to move my whole family to another country. There were a lot of logistical issues which cause my wife to flair up and go back to point the finger at me saying “I’m trying not to blame you but you did this” This whole ordeal has cause me to feel anxious in what I will expect when I come home. If she has a bad day at work it flairs us. When our daughter has an off day she flairs up. I find myself in my thoughts a lot but I can’t show it because I don’t want my wife or daughter to see it. I feel like I don’t have a right to feel this anxious or down on myself. I tried talking to my wife about how I feel, but it turns into nows not the time to feel sorry for yourself. So I keep my thoughts to myself and be quiet. I feel like there’s no one around me that would understand.
