Hello, I'm Haowen! c: I'm an active listener here at 7 cups! I'm an average kid happy to chat with you about anything and everything–everyone needs a listening ear sometimes. I'm a student with a heightened interest in science and a love for reading (it isn't lame I swear). I have a hand in things like depression, anxiety, ADHD, the LGBTQA+ community, moving and adjusting, dealing with drugs and alcohol, school stressors, bullying, self harm, eating disorders, and family stress.
Overall I sleep way too little and watch the same shows way too often.

I could not have asked for a better listener. I am so thankful for all that this listener has done for me. They check up on me almost every night and always stay positive. I usually want a listener who says more than just "I understand" or just kind of sits there and listens and this listener came through. They interact and actually get involved and try to help along with listening to everything I say. They made me feel important and worth something and I couldn't be more thankful.

I thought that my problems wouldn't be resolved in an easy manner, however I have a sense of kindness and passion. I talked about some uncommon or common commotions and felt that they were fine with the explanations and wanted to help. Overall the conversation was focused and resolved in a professional manner.
