Hi! I`m glad to be part of the 7 Cups community as an intern. One of my biggest dreams in life is to help as many people as possible and to try to make their day a little brighter so this is my first step towards my dream. I`m a passionate reader and traveler. ...See more Hi :) I was wondering... When I get really really frustrated or when someone punishes me for no reason saying that I did smth that I didn't do or more specifically, when I get involved in situations that I cannot control and there's a lot of anger involved as well as yelling, I cannot help but start crying. And keep crying and so I cannot sustain my arguments any more and I get more frustrated and the circle goes on and on. I was wondering if something like this has ever happened to you and how can I control myself?
