My name is Tu (Hazel), and I'm from Vietnam. I'm currently preparing to pursue a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy because I'm deeply interested in mental health and supporting others through difficult times.
Over the past year, I've developed a strong habit of journaling and self-reflection, which has taught me the importance of listening without judgment and creating a safe space for people to express themselves. While I'm still at the beginning of my journey, I'm eager to learn, practice active listening, and grow into a compassionate and ethical listener.
