Hi, I’m Hbeenet143. I specialize in listening to young adults and survivors who are looking for a way forward. My approach is grounded in resilience and finding clarity in the middle of the noise. Whether you’re navigating a difficult situation at home, dealing with past trauma, or just trying to figure out your next step, I’m here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to talk through it. You don’t have to have it all figured out right now—you just have to be heard. Let’s talk.

...See more The "What-Ifs" start their morning march, Stretching out beneath your arch. They bring their drums and heavy boots, And tug upon your spirit’s roots. It’s a dizzy dance, a tangled kite, A storm cloud uninvited to the light. But even with the hum and buzz, You’re braver than the worry was. So let them march, then let them pass, Like shadows moving o'er the grass. You’re the captain, calm and true, With skies of wide and open blue.

The Courage of the Unsure

...See more The deepest cut of courage is not facing a known enemy. It's realizing you must take a stand when you aren't even sure which side the enemy is on. True conviction isn't the comfort of knowing the moral answer. It's the moment your body moves anyway-not because of absolute clarity, but because inaction is the greater trespass. This is the raw, gut-wrenching commitment: to choose a direction in the ethical fog and bear the full weight of the consequences, knowing the unbearable possibility that you might be wrong.  The true sting is the leap. The courage is choosing to be the answer when the answer is nowhere to be found. -------------------------

...See more Hi everyone. I’m a new Listener here to offer support rooted in both lived experience and a dedicated educational background. I am a survivor of chronic abuse of all shapes, forms, and sizes, so I understand the complexities of trauma and the isolation it brings. I’ve paired my history of resilience with my education to better understand how to advocate for others. My goal is to provide a steady, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered. Whether you are navigating a current crisis or working through the aftermath, you don't have to carry the weight alone. My 1-on-1 chat is open whenever you are ready to talk.
