I understand what it's like to grow up in a dysfunctional family, and I know the pain of being in difficult intimate relationships. A typical day for me includes lots of coffee (so much that I need to mix decaf and regular so I don't break out in a sweat), body weight workouts, and listening to music to cheer myself up, pump myself up, or even to calm myself down.
