Bio
I'm someone who shows up for people in the quiet, ordinary ways that matter most. As a small group leader at my church, I carry the weight of walking alongside others through their questions, doubts, and everyday lives, creating a space where people feel genuinely seen. That same instinct to understand and care for people led me into my MA in Clinical Psychology, where I'm building the tools to hold space for others' inner worlds with even more depth and skill.
There's a thread running through both parts of my life: a real curiosity about what makes people tick, paired with a steady commitment to their well-being, whether that's over coffee after a Bible study or in the more structured language of psychological theory. I take both faith and mental health seriously, and I don't see them as competing but as different lenses on the same deep desire to help people heal and grow.
