...See more Damn. I feel like all the progress I made with medication and therapy is completely gone and now I’m just regressing. Oh and apparently now my body decided to start having like physical anxiety (if that makes sense). Has anyone ever felt numbness in their face or legs/arms? I felt like my tongue and lips and cheeks were numb last night and I could not fall asleep I was so scared and worried.

...See more hey, I’m D and I’m 24 but basically 25 because my birthday is only a month away. Where to start? Well, I started self harming when I was 13 and over a decade later here I am still doing it. This is one of those times where I’m “reflecting” and damn, how lame. It’s sad to say but I feel like I will always hurt myself when I’m overwhelmed or whatever the case may be. Also sad to say but I don’t hate doing it, I just hate having the scars as proof. Currently I haven’t self harmed in 6 months which is whatever I guess. I’m bipolar so yeah right now I’m feeling so low and like it’s the end of the world but I know tomorrow I’ll be different, or at least I hope. say something nice, help me feel like I’m not alone.
