...See more Hello! I have Bipolar Type II, currently in a hypomanic episode. I feel good, I can study, though my focus is a bit off. It's been 3 days in a high after a month of a major depressive episode, so now I'm feeling okay. I hope it lasts lol How are you all feeling? How was your year and how did this one start?
