...See more Hello, I'm new here. I've been dealing with intrusive thoughts for about a month already and at first I wasn't concerned about it but as days pass by I get more and more anxious of the fact that I might cause harm to someone because of these negative thoughts. My intrusive thoughts target my mom and I'm feeling so much self-loathing because of it. My negative thoughts are scaring me and I'm scared of losing control. Can someone teach me how to let go or at least cope with these thoughts?
