...See more ive never done this but I’m feeling crippled by my anxiety this week. I have a close relative who is a deeply depressed alcoholic.. who unloads on another family member (not physically). It keeps me up at night knowing they are both suffering. I’m pulled into the middle of it alot of times and I’m not emotionally strong enough to carry it.
