Anyone have any advice?

...See more I was talking to a guy for about a month and we were getting serious. We went on a date to kareoke with me, him, his best friend, and his best friends family. They picked me up and we got there, everything seemed to be going good for the first 45 minutes. While I was having a conversation with his best friend he told me he had to leave and he will be back within an hour. So I was left there with people I didn't know and he left me while on a date for an hour and a half. I was already on the verge of tears but then he came back. I thought I was just overreacting so as the night went on we danced to a song then went to sit down. As soon as we sat down he was on his phone the WHOLE time and I just sat beside him crying but he didn't even notice cause he wasn't paying attention. Later on that night he was saying sorry and kissing me and cuddling and holding hands on the way home. I wake up the next morning to a text saying "I don't think we're meant to be" with no explanation. I was very upset and a few days later he moved on already and got back with his ex so we got into an argument and blocked each other. I really miss him tho even tho he treated me like that... I don't know if I actually miss him or the person I thought he was. I don't know what to do. Anybody got advice?
