...See more Hi my name is Rachel and I'm 23. I've never spoken to a healthcare professional about anxiety or anything else because I'm too worried they'll think I'm being dramatic and won't believe me (probably just the anxiety taking over but still). So joining something like this is a pretty big step for me, and I'm still super nervous about it. I know I could talk to some family and friends but I just don't feel comfortable yet talking to people close to me, because I know everyone has stuff they're dealing with so I tend to keep everything to myself which is what brings me here! I love talking to people and helping others out when they're dealing with something but also super reluctant to go to people with my problems so if anybody wants a really good venting buddy I'll be here! :) Just might take me a little bit to open up
