...See more Hello, all! Because of circumstances (visiting family, sharing a room, lots of distractions, etc.) I haven't purged in 7 days. I have only had smallish binges. This is a huge relief, as I usually b/p every 2 or 3 days. I don't expect this streak to last, but I'm trying to celebrate what I can!

...See more Hello, my name is Ella (she/her). My ed started when I was 19, and I have had it now for 7 years. It fluctuates between restricting, binging, binging and purging, and overexercising. I also deal with compulsions to find and eat food in trash cans. I'm so tired of constantly feeling like I have failed. I'm hoping to find some more stability in my life.
