...See more This is what my T says I have. I just don’t know how to make it stop. I’ll be anxious like 10 minutes before having to leave for school, work, whatever for no reason. I’ll full out go into fight or flight mode and have really uncomfortable physical symptoms. My T says it’s probably because of my dad’s possibly emotional abuse and anger issues so I was never sure what was gonna happen. I just want it to stop happening because once I do the thing and I’m there, I’m ok. But, beforehand it’s awful.

...See more I’ve tried everything. It says I need to get some award by completing at chat with 5 listeners, but I’ve talked to at least 20 different ones. Is there some requirement that constitutes as “completing” a chat? I’m just really confused 😂
