Hello! Thanks for contacting me here on 7cupsoftea. I'm a trained active listener supporting people struggling with addictions, divorce, family and relationship troubles, career changes and illness. I've been through many challenges in life and understand how important just having a shoulder to lean on can be. I enjoy many things like beachcombing, kyaking, cooking, writing, music of all kinds, hiking and spending time with animals because each one has been very therapeutic for me over the years.
