I've had a lot of problems with anxiety and depression throughout my life, I've been admitted to hospital for a month to get help and deal with both those issues. I feel I'm a lot stronger because of it and I've learnt a lot about the two, so I'm here to listen to whatever you want to talk about and try and help with whatever it is you're dealing with :-)
