Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support those who feel that they are alone, and do my best to assure they are not. I'm fairly well read on mental health so feel free to reach out to many anytime. I am most familiar with Major Depression, Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I enjoy tinkering with computers, setting up smart home devices, and generally nerdy things like that! Although i adore camping, and hiking as well.
