my name is Shenea heron I'm 26 years old I'm a nurse that suffered from general anxiety disorder an depression I am also a mental health youth advocate am dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness and promoting understanding and support. through volunteering i work with special persons that suffer from anxiety an other mental health disorder i provide emotional support as needed to individuals when necessary i also participate in awareness about campaigns and events to raise awareness about mental health and reduce stigma around mental illness by shearing my own experiences and advocating for others i hope to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by mental health issues.
