Repeated panic/anxiety attack - same trigger

...See more Over many years, maybe 6-8 years, I have an anxiety/panic attack over the same trigger. Over time, my mind has become more clear and I can think logically about the trigger (i.e. less anxiety in my head), however, my body has the same response... debilitating shaking/trembling forcing me to be in bed until the the wave passes. I shake so intensely, that i can't walk, or hardly talk, and usually need help with someone to get my medication. I'm not scared of the attack. I know I'm safe and it will pass. I just don't like that the only way I can stop the shaking is taking medication. I've tried meditation, breathing techniques, inviting the feelings, etc. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any thoughts on how I can address the trigger? Or if you've had a similar situation?
