...See more 6.16.2022 Hello, I am 58 year old man with Bi-Polar Disorder that started with when I was in high school. I need help dealing with loneliness, relationships, and health concerns related to aging. I have been stable on my medication since 2018 for the most part, since I stopped drinking. I have been in counseling for many years and I just finished a 8 week program on the AbleTo platform. I will be getting counseling referrals through AbleTo and will be choosing a new counselor within the next 12 weeks. I have recently began going to AA meetings, something I had been wanting to do prior to the Pandemic. I also have been able to start having a gym membership. Thank you for your time, Shalom
