...See more I have sleep problems almost a year. I couldn't sleep even I'm not sleepy at all. My heart are beating fast everytime I'm trying to relax and sleep. And whenever I close my eyes, there is no need an hour to reach REM. Its just 2 minutes and also dream. Sometimes there are no dream but I experience the same way like shocked, surprised, then wake up immediately. And that's really hurt, my heart beating fast so makes me hurts, my head so dizzy, and my eyes half dark. Like I'm gonna die at that time. I am so afraid. Even before bed I have write down everything in my head. This always happened every night. I never had a sleep if this too crisis for me. So I reverse my sleep schedule in the middle of day. But you know I can't alway do it because of my activity.
