Im a young adult that has lived through many traumatic experiences and found ways to deal with these situaitons. For so long i belivied that ill be at rock bottom forever and thought that i would never be able to deal with my mental health and compleletly lost hope. After going on a soul search in quarantine and gaining my purpose, i now believe more than ever that theres hope and a solution to any situaiton.
