I was a psychology major in college, but I am not a lisenced therapist. I hope I can be an active listener to you if you need someone.
HOURS/DAYS: I work on EST (NEW YORK TIME). I generally check for messages throughout the day during the week from 10am-6pm. If I am available, you will see the green dot on my profile picture. Weekend hours are more sporadic. You may want to schedule a time to chat on the calendar, but please do NOT consider that an accepted appt time until I confirm. I feel as if I was understood, accepted, listened to, and valued and validated. It helped with some practical steps to make my situation better that I can implement next time. Though, it'll be challenging to set the clear boundaries and potentially lose the relationship.
