...See more Hello, I've been here on an old account where I listed my daily habits and routines I need to do. The hope is that by making the list public for everyone to see, I am more motivated and disciplined to complete them. It worked last time, and I encourage people to do this as well if you're stuck!! Let's grow together <3 (Also, please let me know if this forum is suitable for this thread or not) It's the weekend, and I've been doing nothing but scrolling through social media in bed. I'm picking myself up to avoid more bedrotting. Sunday, 5 Jul 2026, noon What I hope to do in the next few hours: * Eat lunch and supplements * Drink 1L of water * Write two more paragraphs of an essay and submit (yes, I have an essay due today... which I have been procrastinating on)  * Wash hair * Wash undergarment and pants * Sweep and mop floors * Wash dirty dishes * Buy groceries * Submit a form (also due tonight) * Take a 20-30 minute walk before dinner
